Terms & Conditions

Standard Rate:
You can cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 2 days before the arrival date.
You have the option to pay in advance or guarantee your booking with a credit card.
If you choose to guarantee your booking with a credit card, we will perform a pre-authorization to verify that the card is valid and has not been reported lost or stolen.
The duration of this authorization depends on your credit card company.
We will release the authorized amount immediately after verification.
If you choose to pay online immediately, your account or credit card will be charged for the total reservation amount.

If you wish to cancel your booking free of charge, you must do so at least 2 days before arrival.
The arrival day starts at 00:00 (midnight). If a reservation is not canceled at least 2 days before arrival, the full amount will be charged.

For group reservations (4 or more rooms), the Uniform Conditions for the Hospitality Industry (UVH) apply.

Non-refundable Rate:
Non-refundable reservations cannot be changed or canceled under any circumstances.
Prepayment is required to qualify for this rate.
Your account or credit card will be charged for the total reservation amount.
By making the booking, you accept that refunds are not possible.

If you wish to cancel your booking free of charge, you must do so at least 4 days before arrival.
The arrival day starts at 00:00 (midnight).
These special conditions are included in the booking confirmation you receive after making the reservation.

Standard Rate booked with Special Discount Codes
You can cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.
Special discount codes are subject to adjusted cancellation conditions.
If you wish to cancel your booking free of charge, you must do so at least 3 days before arrival.
The arrival day starts at 00:00 (midnight).
These special conditions are included in the booking confirmation you receive after making the reservation.

Cancellation Policy for Extras
Extras booked with a standard rate plan can be canceled free of charge up to 2 days before arrival.
Custom-made products (such as a personalized package) cannot be canceled after confirmation.
Extras booked with a non-refundable rate fall under the same conditions as the booking itself. This means that booked extras cannot be canceled free of charge.
