Our hotel has the following facilities at your disposal.



Internet

Free! The entire hotel is equipped with wifi.

Check in

Check-in is possible from 15:00 to 22:00 if you arrive after 22:00 you need to contact the reception. This is necessary to explain the late check-in to you, if we are not aware of a late arrival you will not be able to enter.

Check out

On the day of departure, check-out is possible until 11:00. A late check-out is possible for a surcharge and based on availability.

Reception opening hours

We do not have a 24-hour reception. Reception is open from Mon to Fri from 07:00 to 22:00 and Sat to Sun from 08:00 to 22:00.

Storing luggage

When you have left the room there is a possibility to store your luggage at the reception. You can then indicate this when checking out. The luggage must be collected before 22:00 evening.

Even if you arrive early, you can store your luggage at the reception.

Lift

Due to the monumental building, we unfortunately do not have an elevator! If you need help with your luggage, we are happy to assist you.

Late arrival

We would like to inform you that the reception is closed after 22:00. If you arrive later, you are required to inform us.

For reservations in our annex, arrival after 22:00 is not possible.

Breakfast

To start your day well, you can enjoy an extensive breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet is served from: Mon-Fri: 07:30 – 09:30 Saturday: 08:30 – 11:00 Sunday: 08:30 – 11:00 (if not included €17.00 pp)

Would you like to have breakfast in bed? You can request our room service menu card at the reception. You can fill this in and hand it in at the reception before 20:00. Your breakfast will then be brought to your room at the time you specify. For room service breakfast we charge €5.00 per person in service costs.

Special requests

If you have any special requests, such as a surprise in the room, separate beds, or any other special request, please contact reception.

Room service

Enjoy a meal in your room? We have a delicious drinks menu for our guests. You can find the menu in the room. You can easily place your room service order by calling the reception or sending a WhatsApp message to 31 (0)6187 04 144.

The surcharge for room service is €6.00 per order.

Housekeeping

Your hotel room will be cleaned daily between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

Are you staying in our annex? For stays of up to 3 nights, no interim cleaning is offered, but your studio is fully equipped with everything you need for 3 nights. For stays of 4 nights or longer, we provide interim cleaning.

Do you have extra cleaning or other wishes during your stay? Feel free to contact our reception, we are happy to help you!

Lounge

On the 1st floor you will find our lounge, where you can relax and enjoy a drink or a snack.

Borg

If you do not have a credit card, the hotel may ask for a deposit upon check-in. We charge a deposit of €50.00 (for the Junior Suite and annex €100.00). If you are younger than 21 years old, we charge €100.00.

This can be paid in cash or by card. We will refund the deposit upon check-out, provided the room is left in good condition and the house rules have not been broken.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in the entire hotel. If we find that smoking is taking place in the room, we are forced to charge €175.00 cleaning costs.

Mentally disabled

The hotel is not wheelchair friendly. However, there are a certain number of rooms located on the ground floor, which can be reached via 2 steps. Only available on request/availability.

Dogs

We also welcome your faithful four-legged friend in our hotel. In order to make your stay and that of other guests as pleasant as possible, there are a few house rules regarding pets. Your four-legged friend can be brought along after written confirmation. The surcharge for your dog's stay is €15.00 per night.

*Pets are not allowed in our annex building.

Children and extra beds

Free! Children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.

For older children or adults, an additional charge of €20 to €35 per person per night applies for extra beds. This must be booked in advance.

Maximum number of extra beds in a room: 1 (extra beds are not available in the Small Double Room and Superior Double Room)

Baby bed

A baby bed is available for children up to 3 years old. The costs are €15.00 per night, if available.

Private Taxi Service

We offer a private taxi service for our guests, the taxi can only be booked at the reception. The taxi service must be booked at least 1 day in advance and is subject to availability.

Bicycle rental

Explore Delft at its best and go out by bike! You can rent bikes at the reception for €12.50 per day.

Tourist tax

The tourist tax in Delft is €4.50 pppn (subject to change)
