Standard Rate:

You can cancel or change your reservation free of charge up to 2 days before the arrival date. You have the choice to pay for the booking in advance or to guarantee it with a credit card. If you choose to guarantee the booking with a credit card, we will perform a pre-authorization to check that the card is valid and has not been reported as lost or stolen. The duration of this block depends on your credit card company. We will unblock the amount immediately after the verification has been completed.

If you choose to pay directly online, your account or credit card will be charged for the reservation amount you booked. If you want to cancel your booking free of charge, you must do so no later than 2 days before arrival. The day of arrival begins at 0.00 hours. For every booking that is not cancelled at least 2 days before arrival, the full costs will be charged.

For group reservations (4 rooms or more), the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) apply.


Non-refundable Rate: Under no circumstances can non-refundable reservations be modified or cancelled. To qualify for this rate, prepayment is required. Your account or credit card will be charged for the reservation amount you booked. When making the booking, you accept that refunds are non-existent.


Packages - Standard Rate:You can cancel or change your reservation free of charge up to 4 days before arrival date. If you want to cancel your booking free of charge, you must do so no later than 4 days before arrival. The day of arrival starts at 0.00 hours. These deviating conditions can be found in the booking confirmation that you will receive after making the reservation.

Standard Rate with Special Discount CodesYou can cancel or change your booking free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.For bookings with special discount codes, special cancellation conditions apply. If you want to cancel your booking free of charge, you must do so no later than 3 days before arrival. The day of arrival starts at 0:00. These different conditions can be found in the booking confirmation that you receive after making the booking.Cancellation conditions for extrasExtras that are booked with a booking with a standard rate plan can be cancelled free of charge up to 2 days before arrival.Customised products (such as a tailor-made package) cannot be cancelled after confirmation.Extras that are booked with a booking with a non-refundable rate are subject to the same conditions as the booking itself. This means that booked extras cannot be cancelled free of charge.
